Flutter developers in Netherlands

Johan Pelgrim

Hi I'm Johan Pelgrim, long time Android developer but recently got an opportunity to work with Flutter. Loving it so far! 💙 So much that I couldn't hide my enthusiasm and started the Flutter meetup group (along with some partners in crime). I'm working on the AH Compact app. It's a Flutter app built for Albert Heijn where users can order on-line groceries and get them delivered at home.

I found a love for computers in boarding school, I would spend many if not all break times playing games and programming (then using Delphi). My interest in I.T. grew as I entered University to study a BSC I.T. to become a Software Engineer. During my degree I found like minded individuals and joined Red Ruby IT as a co-founder. I have learned so much from working at Red Ruby IT and I am so lucky to be doing something that I love. My goal is to continue learning all that I can and to live on the bleeding edge of tech until it bites me in the ass 😂. I am currently living in Johannesburg, South Africa 🌍.

Well, hello there! I’m Jay, a Dutch software developer passionate about Flutter, Dart and TypeScript! I’m an admin and maintainer for the Flutter Community organization and host of the live programming series Generic Typing on Twitch and YouTube. When I’m not working for the community, I spend my time doing freelance Flutter work, grabbing beers with friends or making music.
